WELCOME TO STORM INK
I’m Dustin Storm, an Augusta tattoo artist creating high-impact work with illustrative realism, Neo Traditional design, vibrant color, bold black and grey, and transformative cover-ups. My tattoos are engineered for presence—rich detail, aggressive precision, and artwork that reads from across the room. Clients from Augusta, Aiken, and the CSRA seek me out for custom pieces that push past generic flash and become true statement art. Whether you need a full-sleeve overhaul, a clean cover-up, or a design built entirely around your story, I deliver work that refuses to fade into the background.
Proud co-owner of Ink and Oath Tattoo, working exclusively with clients who expect elevated artistry and undeniable edge.
CLIENT REVIEWS
Dustin Storm is awesome. He did my sons 1st tattoo. Did an amazing job. Thanks Dustin!!!
•
Dustin is an amazing tattoo artist! His work is phenomenally beautiful
•
I went in to get a tattoo and I already had an idea of what I wanted from a picture of Gungnir, particular the one from God of war Ragnarok that Odin uses. Dustin was able to fit me in that day after his last appointment and I think he did a solid job. Overall I loved how it turned out. And I can't wait to go back to get my next tattoo.
•
Highly recommend Dustin Storm. He has turned a tired old tatoo into something bright and beautiful with this cover up flower. He did a couples tatoo for me and my husband of a beach scene that matches and a beautiful bible verse as well on another arm. I am already planning my next piece.
•
Did a walk-in for a consult and was able to get tattooed within minutes thanks to a cancellation. Dustin looked at what I wanted and was able to bring my tattoo to life. It looks better than I imagined it would. He was super nice and personable. Found my go-to person for future tattoos. The shop is very clean and pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend checking them out; you will not be disappointed.
•
Dustin took the time to listen to what I wanted, made sure placement was perfect, and even made sure I had a break when needed.
•
Dustin is a BEAST!! Hands down the best tattoo artist I've come across and the only one I will go to from now on. He has done 2 tattoos for me already and did phenomenal on both of them. The one in this picture was him fixing what another tattoo person did a bad job on (at another well known place).

Storm Ink Design Tattoo Aftercare Guide
(DermShield, Plastic Wrap, and General Healing Instructions — Augusta, GA)
Proper aftercare is essential to protect your new tattoo and ensure it heals clean, bright, and long-lasting. These instructions apply to all tattoos we create at Storm Ink Design in Augusta, Aiken, and the CSRA, including illustrative realism, Neo Traditional, vibrant color, black and grey, and cover-up tattoos.
DermShield Aftercare (Saniderm-Style Bandage)
After your tattoo is wrapped with a DermShield adhesive bandage, leave it on for 1–3 days.
Note: If you experience redness, irritation, or itching around the bandage shortly after application, remove it early and contact me with any questions.
You may shower normally with DermShield applied — it’s waterproof — but avoid hot tubs, swimming, saunas, sunbathing, and strenuous exercise until the tattoo is fully healed.
Fluid buildup under the bandage is completely normal.
If the fluid becomes excessive or begins leaking:
Remove the DermShield and apply a new one, or
Clean the area with hypoallergenic soap, pat dry with a clean paper towel, and apply a fresh piece.
Removing DermShield
Always remove DermShield under running water or in the shower to loosen the adhesive.
Peel the bandage low and slow, pulling it back toward the skin — not upward.
After removal:
Wash thoroughly with a hypoallergenic antibacterial soap.
Remove all dried plasma or buildup.
Rinse and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
You may apply a second or third DermShield bandage, each lasting up to 4 days, if desired.
Once you choose to stop using DermShield, apply a thin layer of unscented lotion several times per day to ease dryness and itching.
Plastic Wrap Aftercare
If DermShield wasn’t used due to allergies or tattoo size, your tattoo may be wrapped in plastic wrap.
You can leave this wrap on for up to 12 hours.
If excessive fluid builds up, remove it earlier.
After removing the wrap:
Wash with a hypoallergenic soap under running water or in the shower.
Remove all dried plasma.
Rinse and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
Do not re-wrap the tattoo.
Wait 1–3 days before applying lotion. Once the skin begins to feel tight or itchy, moisturize several times daily.
Avoid hot tubs, pools, lakes, sun exposure, and heavy sweating until fully healed.
