My primary specialties are:
Neo Traditional, Illustrative, Bold Vibrant Color, Cover-Up Work, Black and Grey, Realism, and Micro Realism.
I do not take on geometric, cyber sigilism, or pattern-heavy pieces. I prefer large-scale, multi-session projects that allow your tattoo to heal beautifully and age well. -
Yes — cover-ups are one of my main specialties.
In-person consultations are required for all cover-up tattoos to assess what’s possible and what will heal the best. Some old tattoos may require laser lightening before a successful cover-up can be completed. -
I use a hybrid flat-rate system with hourly estimates to guide session length.
Your quote is finalized during the consultation — no surprises, no hidden fees.
All processing fees, setup, and studio overhead are included.Pricing Guide:
30 Minutes — $100
1 Hour — $200
2 Hours — $400
Half Day (4 Hours) — $600
Full Day (8 Hours) — $1200
Full Day Plus (12 Hours) — $1600
Recovery Aftercare Kits are available in-studio for $35.

Due to the amount of time I put into a design, designs are revealed the day of your tattoo. It allows me to perfect the design and utilize all time available prior to your appointment. Lage scale pieces sometimes take more than 10 hours to design.
Minor changes can be made during your appointment.
Major redesigns (over 50% change) may require a new deposit. -
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or being more than 30 minutes late result in a forfeited deposit.
A new deposit is required to book again. -
Deposits can be made in person or via a payment link sent directly to you. I will not ask for a deposit until after the consultation. You will have a date, price and we will discuss your design prior to a deposit.
Please watch for scams and make sure deposit links come directly from me. My Facebook Storminkdesign or Dustin Storm, My Instagram Storminkdesign with the blue dot. My email Dustin@storminkdesign.com

Yes, walk-ins and appointments are welcome at Ink & Oath Tattoo. I love walk-ins!
Large custom pieces require scheduled sessions. -
Storm Ink Design proudly serves Augusta, Aiken, Grovetown, Evans, Martinez, Hephzibah, Thomson, and the greater CSRA — with many clients traveling from out of state and meeting me at tattoo conventions throughout the USA.
-
Occasionally — case by case only.
You must be established in your career and 18+ with a clear understanding of long-term visibility and social impact.
I do not regularly tattoo faces or necks. -
Yes — you’re welcome to bring one guest.
Seating is limited, and the studio operates with multiple artists, so bringing a whole group is not recommended. If you do have a large group all wanted to get tattooed together we can do a consultation with multiple artists and make it an exclusive event for you and all your friends! -
During your consultation, we discuss your ideas, placement, style, and budget. I will tell you honestly if your idea fits my specialties or if another artist in the studio is a better match.
Consults can be done in person, by text, email, or DM — except for cover-ups, which must be in person. -
I strongly recommend Recovery Aftercare products and DermShield bandages.
These provide optimal healing for color tattoos, Neo Traditional work, black and grey, realism, and large multi-session projects.
Clients with allergies may need an alternate method — always listen to your body.Aftercare instructions are in the link on the menu of this website.
-
No — avoid swimming, hot tubs, sweating, tanning, and sun exposure until your tattoo is fully healed.
This protects your color saturation and linework long-term. -
Pain varies by location, size, and session length.
Larger pieces require longer sessions, so plan to hydrate, rest well, and eat a good meal before your appointment. Bring snacks, drinks and whatever else makes you comfortable during the tattoo. -
Yes — my styles (Neo Traditional, Illustrative, and Color) are designed to heal clean and age strong.
Proper aftercare and sun protection will significantly extend your tattoo’s lifespan. -
